Professional site management will ensure that the site’s uniqueness and quality will be permanently preserved. This site management will also include all private areas and roads to enable you to fully concentrate on your core business.

The Standortentwicklungsgesellschaft Vogelsang GmbH (SEV) operates, maintains and protects especially

- greens (cutting of the areas, tree care, waste management, insurance)

- visitor roads and other pathways and squares (cleaning, traffic safety precautions, minor repairs, waste management, winter service, insurance)

- information system, boards on buildings and further equipment (benches, wastebaskets, etc.)

- illumination facilities

- car parks and respective technical installations, e.g., car parks, barrier, camera and ticket machines (equipment, receipt and settlement of parking fees, etc.)

Moreover, SEV will undertake the tendering, supervision and settlement of services subject to the site management, as well as controlling, contract design and co-ordination.
