Site development in one hand: the SEV
The Standortentwicklungsgesellschaft Vogelsang GmbH (SEV) is continuing conversion and will control future site development. It will take your interests and ideas into consideration and co-ordinate them with the core utilisation (initial investments).

The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (as the proprietor of the site), the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia (represented by the Ministry of Economics, Small and Medium-sized Businesses and Energy) and the Region (represented by the districts of Euskirchen, Aachen and Düren, as well as the City of Schleiden) are holding equal shares in the SEV .

 

SEV tasks are:

- Renovation and restoration of the infrastructure

- Project development core utilisation

- Commercial exploitation and marketing

- Customer support during planning, approval and construction phase

- Site management, including coordination with users and proprietors.

 

The company was founded in May 2005. Recruitment of personnel is executed via an agency agreement by NRW.URBAN, a company owned by the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
